These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beyond Education's website, student portal, and tutoring services ("Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access to the student portal is limited to students who have been enrolled by Beyond Education or an assigned tutor. Creating an account requires a valid, enrolled email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Beyond Education connects students with tutors for online tutoring sessions. Session availability, scheduling, and content are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary by tutor and subject.
Any workbooks, videos, solution sets, or other materials made available through the student portal are for your personal study use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without our written permission.
Fees for tutoring sessions and programs are communicated directly to enrolled students or their parents/guardians. Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a concern about a booking.
We may suspend or terminate access to the student portal if these Terms are violated, or if enrollment ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
